We are not a sales team. We are a team of beauty therapists and consultants. This means that our staff have trained in accredited institutions to become skin care specialists and/or beauty therapists. Our head therapist has practised her skills in spas around the world, so you know that your advice is reviewed by a professional who really does know "skin".

No problem. Call us on +44 0117 316 1818 and we will take your order and advise you over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch, Electron, Solo. We do not accept cheques C.O.D.s.
Delivery of UK orders is normally within five working days and EU orders are normally within ten working days of dispatch.
Delivery Rates are as follows:
- Free standard delivery to UK addresses on all orders!
- £6.00 delivery charge for all orders being shipped to Europe
- £15.00 delivery charge for all orders being shipped Worldwide
Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional shipping payment.
All delivery charges are subject to change.
We use DPD courier service for UK orders and DHL for European and International orders. Signatures are required upon delivery, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Deliveries Outside The EU
Please note, your country may require you to pay an import charge for your products. timetospa is not liable for these charges. We would advise you check this before placing your order.

We do hope that you will be pleased with your products, if for some reason you would like to return an item please return to us unopened within 30 days of purchase. Please note however that gift vouchers are non-refundable.
We offer a free consultation service which will ensure you are using the correct products for your skin type, therefore any products which are returned open we will be unable to refund.
If you do need to return your order/product, please contact our customer service team so we can issue a returned goods number (RGN) to speed up the refund/exchange process. Your items should be wrapped securely and sent Recorded Delivery with a note indicating whether you wish to have a refund or exchange and your contact details. You should then retain proof of postage. Once we have received your parcel we will be in contact to confirm the receipt of the returned goods and that your refund/exchange has been issued accordingly.
